This year I started exploring A.I. in music, and it’s been an interesting journey. I’ve mainly used it to explore sounds, textures and voices, not to generate complete songs. It’s a tool that can inspire new ideas, push boundaries and help me discover things I might not have thought of on my own.
For me, generating entire tracks with A.I. takes away the creative process, the part where I connect with the music, experiment, fail and find solutions. That process is what makes music personal, emotional and unique. Using A.I. as a creative assistant instead of a replacement allows me to expand my palette while keeping the human element at the core.
It’s exciting to see what technology can do, but I’ve learned that the magic happens when I combine it with intuition, skill and feeling. A.I. can be a playground for experimentation, but the soul of the music still comes from me.
